WHAT ARE CHEMICALLY STAINED FLOORS?
Stained concrete floors are an artistic way to create the elegance of burnished leather or aged natural stone look. Acid stains permanently transform an ordinary concrete slab into a luxurious floor resembling marble or glazed stone. Stains are used for interior or exterior use with 8 standard colors. Acid stains react with minerals that exist in newly cured or existing concrete, penetrating the very top layer of the concrete surface. The colors produced in each section of concrete will be unique with captivating, multi colored intensities that become a permanent part of the concrete surface. Two coats of clear sealer are applied to enhance the appearance of the stained surface by adding a sheen and bringing out the depth of color.

EXTERIOR CONCRETE RESURFACING IS AFFORDABLE
Resurfacing your concrete is a much more affordable option than concrete replacement. Keep in mind that replacement will not only cost you a lot more, it will also again leave you with a plain gray unsealed surface that is prone to staining. Resurfacing on the other hand, will almost double the compression strength of your concrete and you will have a decorative finish that is sealed and non-porous, thus eliminating staining.
INTERIOR CONCRETE RESURFACING IS AFFORDABLE
A basic one coat interior stained and sealed floor, is about the same price as an inexpensive carpet or vinyl tile and will not need replacement. Saw cuts, patterns, and multiple coats of stain are equivalent to the price of high- quality carpeting. Advanced staining and saw cuts, such as unique saw cut patterns, and complex staining techniques, are less expensive than most slate, terrazzo, quarry tile, and marble flooring.
POLISHED CONCRETE WITH COLORS AND DESIGNS
The HTC polished concrete floor system is a unique process of using successive passes with diamond-padded wheels, bringing out the natural beauty of the concrete and producing a highly reflective finish that reduces maintenance and increases durability. You can also decorate your new floor with saw cuts and stains and dyes to create a beautiful statement.
EPOXY FLOOR COATINGS
An epoxy coating is ideal for residential, commercial, aircraft hangars, warehouse, food process areas, schools, laboratories, and similar industrial areas. An epoxy coating system is designed to provide aesthetic enhancement and abrasion and chemical resistance to a floor surface. Because a coating is dense, seamless and has low porosity, it is easier to clean and maintain than an non-coated surface. Coatings are available in a variety of colors, allowing you to match your floor's new look to the rest of the environment.
WHAT ARE MICRO-TOPPINGS USED FOR?
Micro-toppings can be used on interior and exterior surfaces, residential or commercial. The topping bonds to almost any properly prepared existing concrete surface, micro toppings go down at a thickness of 1/32- inch to a 1/8- inch, the micro-toppings are used for resurfacing unsightly concrete floors that are not leveled or badly damaged, the topping can be colored and designed to look like marble, or saw cut with unique designs or borders.
